| dc.description.abstract | Cuando se presenten dificultades para la alimentación en la infancia, la intervención debe ser activa, eso incluye la toma de decisiones médicas y/ó quirúrgicas, protección de la vía aérea y suministro del aporte calórico idóneo para las necesidades del infante. Se deben además brindar estrategias maduracionales para su nivel de desarrollo alimentario actual y para irle llevando a adquirir las habilidades esperadas en el futuro cercano y tardío según su edad.
When there are feeding problems in infancy, intervention must be very active. Medical and or surgical decisions must be taken as soon as possible. Also is necessary to protect the respiratory tract and bring nutritional support for the actual needs of the infant. Strategies to help the child in his actual maturational feeding level as well as strategies that will help to achieve other more mature milestones in the future must be developed. | es_ES |
